St Georges will offer a mixed-use development of up to
580,000 sq ft of low carbon BREEAM excellent offices,
2 hotels, apartments, car parking, shops and leisure
space in the Industrial Fringe of the Jewellery Quarter.

The site, currently in industrial use, with high levels of
vacancy creates a poor entrance to the Jewellery
Quarter. The scheme will create a character to the area
more akin to the rest of the Jewellery Quarter by putting
back the urban grain, creating enclosure to the streets
and public realm improvements.

The introduction of two new streets will improve
pedestrian connections to the rest of the Jewellery
Quarter. The area will be regenerated by the 1500
new jobs created and the new residential and visitor
population bringing life back to the streets.
