With the first phase of, the Kettleworks, scheduled for completion in 2013 by the St Georges Partnership and the commencement on site of the new Assay Office in Summer 2012, St. Georges will become a prime destination in its own right, a vibrant place to live, work, shop and socialise, in a district of Birmingham that is steeped in history.

St. Georges will provide the long awaited gateway to the Jewellery Quarter from the north side of Birmingham providing long overdue ease of access from the outer ring road and the motorway network.
