A NEW URBAN VILLAGE

With the first phase, the Kettleworks, scheduled for completion in 2010 by developers Chord Deeley, St. Georges will become a prime destination in its own right, a vibrant place to shop, socialise, live and work in a district of Birmingham that is steeped in history.

St. Georges will provide the long awaited gateway to the Jewellery Quarter from the north side of Birmingham providing long overdue ease of access from the outer ring road and the motorway network.

This £160 million scheme covering an area of 2.75 hectares will provide:

• Potential for over 580,000 sq ft of office accommodation
• 2 hotels providing 250 bedrooms
• 12,000 sq ft of bars and restaurants
• 5,000 new full time jobs
• 1,000 secure car parking space
